The Monte Crisol is SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) grade coffee grown in the West Central Valley of Costa Rica. Shade grown and expertly prepared making it a fine candidate for the decaffeination process. In keeping with past experiences, the Royal Select process does an outstanding job of preserving the natural flavor of the coffee. There is no mistaking the coffee's rich smooth characteristics highlighted by a bittersweet dark chocolate finish.
Target a Full-city to Full-city+ roast, either at the onset of second crack or a couple seconds into.
